Good call 736, side airbags and seats covers could definately cause some unintended issues...

I don't know how well they'd fit the 2005-> but my dad has these from Grant on his 93 GT. They are universal, but I found them to be good quality...

Here's what I came up with, custom made, expensive, but high quality and can be used with the side airbags, which seemed to be a limiting factor.
