hey bullitt-heads,
i am completely in the dark about shifters... which is the best bang for the buck as far as shifters go (steeda tri-ax, pro 5.0, etc) on a stock engine? what about a supercharged engine? any info or comments about these shifters would be great!

I've tried both on my Bullitt. I like the Pro-5.0 better because is more precise. The handle on the Pro-5-0 is a bit to short so figure on getting a MGW handle to go with it. You really can't go wrong with either. People generally stick with one the one they have previously owned when it comes to shifters. That's why I sold my Tri-Ax as soon as Pro-5.0 had their 3650 shifter on the market.

I really enjoy my Tri-Ax. It was easy to install and really tightened up the shift pattern. It's almost impossible to miss your 3rd gear throw.
