Wow, I went over to the SLP forum and saw a post I wanted to comment on and registered and they declined me...who on here talked!

Oh well, I guess they are still all in a wad because the 'maro is going bye bye or something. I sent an email asking why I was declined, it will be interesting to see if they even send me a reason for it.

Man, the more you sniff around on other forums the more you really see how great the Bullittclub is.

You have my curiosity piqued now. What is SLP, and who is Maro?

UGHHHHHHHH, you are killing me on the SLP stuff...you must stop!

SLP is the outfit that makes the SS 'maro and Ram Air/Firehawk chickenwagons (Trans Am's fer the unhep)fer GM (an outsourced SVT if you will). They have a forum for owners of SLP cars. I saw a post about Cobra's and Bullitt's and was gonna make a comment but I was not allowed to join. Maybe I filled something out wrong, I do not know...but the mood left me anyhows.

On the 32, it is a 5 winder h-boy that I am doing in a late 50's early 60's style (flake, chrome reverses, whites, pearl tuck n roll, Roth ape hanger type shifter, 58 Impala steering wheel, and so on).

SLP Street Legal Performance. I believe they're located someplace in Canada. Not only do they do (or rather DID) the Camaro and Firebirds, they were also toying with some Special Edition Rangers.
SLP is basically a GM authorized tuner company.

SLP is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I had a friend who bought a '97 SS Camero. I almost had him talked into a real car "Cobra", but he wanted an automatic so he didn't have to shift in downtown traffic. Well like I said we were friends.
