I was behind a white Cobra this morning and I noticed that it had orange turning signals. Is this something new to the 2002 models?

Nope... '99 and up Cobras have yellow turn signals. All Mustangs made to be sold outside of North America also have them.

Anyone know where I can get a set of the sequential turn signals for a decent price? It's just a pair of wiring harnesses I think, but the ones I've seen on the Net are going for $200 US!

They are all about that price plus a core Charge for your old wiring loom.
