I would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to eveyone involved for helping the Legend Lives Tour be the success we hoped it would be. This event took the help of many, many people on several fronts to come together.

Some of those involved include:

The LL Tour participants
Those who donated to Boys Republic but were unable to attend
IMBOC
The Friends of Steve McQueen Car Show
Boys Republic (both the KIDS and administrators)
Shawn Carney and Ford
The SoCal Bullitt Crew
Our hosts at stops along the way
Our families for allowing us to not grow up. LOL
The Sponsors (please see www.HoonDog.com sponsor page and support these vendors when you can)

Forgive me if there is anyone I've left out. I'm still suffering from Las Vegas.

I hope to see all of you and more at future HoonDog events!

Perhaps a mention of Steve Brant that Sold his 2008 Bullitt Mustang and

Donated $10,000.00 Dollars to The Boys Republic School.

Hey, Terry (and everyone else),

I was just doing what my unique (this year only) circumstances allowed me to do.

I think the Boys Republic does outstanding work and deserves all of our support in keeping with our individual situations.

Oh...and has already been noted, it's really $10,000 of the $20,000 I sold my Bullitt for that's going to the school.

Gotta apply some of that amount to my 2013 GT!

:cool;

I have never, and I mean NEVER ... in my life ... seen such a well organized, well thought out and planned event.

I had been looking forward to the Tour for so many months ... wondering, waiting, anticipating ... and I was not disappointed.
In fact, I was totally and absolutely blown away.

Every single aspect was thought out. Every single stop was planned in advance and discussed with the townspeople in that perspective town. Each road mapped out, down to the smallest detail, as in which gas stations had Diesel fuel for the Support truck and trailer.

I'm amazed, impressed, thankful, grateful ... and just plain in awe.

It's an honor to be a part of such a great group of people.

We are all very very lucky !

Thank you ... every single one of you.

I will never forget this trip.

Steve's $10K to BR is a great contribution as was his cake!!
Hey, Greg,

Buying that cake (in honor of the Native American spirits circling us at the WigWam Motel) was just one of those spur of the moment things being on the LLT motivated me to do.

The Hoondog Events team worked so hard and produced such an outstanding trip, I just couldn't resist giving something back.

And thanks to David Midgley protecting it on the passenger side floor of his Bullitt, it survived all the way to lunch in Seligman!

:) :). :)
