I Joined the "CD ERROR" club today in 4576

I don't use the CD much but I had the speed limiter with me, sorry wife unit.

I have never put real CD's in it before. I loaded 3 new CD's I have just got this week.
We went to our Mustang meet and when I got home I got 2 out and the third got stuck
and started showing CD ERROR.

I switched it off for a while and after a few mins to cool down I got the last disc out.
That is the first and last time I put and original disc in the CD.

Mine did that to my ZZ Top's greatest hits. Then it wouldn't switch between discs. Then I got mad and replaced it with an Alpine. :)

However, my fiance's 2001 Mach 460 is still chuggin along withtout incident.

Hey Bob,

I had one that I just could NOT get out. I took the car for another ride down a bumpy road and then it worked :rotfl:

Welcome to the club.

Just joined today.

The car is in the garage cooling off so hopefully I can get them out for my trip.

I really didn't want to join this Club, but I did on Saturday morning when I was leaving out of town! I tried the "disconnect battery and wait 10 minutes," that didn't work.
I may just install a new one.

I just made a new cd and it played well. I tried to eject it and oh boy. Went back next day and managed to pull it out with tweezers...

I now have several spare slots and some cd's I am getting sick of hearing, except slot one
The BULLITT sound track CD
