I will be changing fluid to Redline ATF d4 can anyone here tell me the best way to drain old fluid. thanks for any help. Bob.

Bob, there is a 1/2 plug on the bottom of the tranny to drain it. Use a 3/8 rachet handle to remove it. There is a refill plug on the passenger side of the tranny. You will need a hand pump which sells for about $6 bucks at Pep Boys to refill it. Takes 4 quarts even. I am running D4 with Prolong Transmission Additive and it is as good as it going get with these trannys.
