At my local Ford dealer they have a used 08 Bullitt. I test drove it Saturday and it is nice. I think it has a little over 300 miles on it.

Yeah its #2147 I called them today.

I contacted the dealer via email, this was the responce:

Karl, the front valance under the car had to be replaced. That was the
extent of the damage. The car was originally sold to Sioux Falls Ford. The
damage occurred on the vehicle delivery from the transport company. SF Ford
refused delivery and the car was returned to Ford, we then bought it at the
Ford Auction, we have replaced the damaged parts with all new Ford parts.
