I'm calling BS on this one. There is no way that this is done. No consents are signed after the procedure, and the part that is viable wouldn't be long enough to use in any type of transplant procedure. Also, with today's use of cord blood, the blood is transfered IN the cord. Most vein transplant surgeries, if they are even necessary to have them done, are being done with synthetic grafts usually donated from the patient themself from another site (unaffected arm/leg).

but hey, that's just my .02

It's OK. I seldom get others banter when I'm at work. Like now! Got the tech hat on, and nothings broke. Thank goodness. The tech hat is on, the brain is outta gear. Or at least I'm not getting any traction!:rolleyes:

The post was just something I passed on from a friend. I saw nothing had been posted in the section for a while and figured this would kick up some dust.:cool:

BTW, I don't believe half of the list. And the other half is suspect.:eek:
