Picked mine up today.Photie pending.
Saw one legacy plate on a newer model Camero on the morning commute. Letter "B" + 6#s. Don't know what to make. Perhaps his VIN?

Driving through SF on Tuesday I encountered my first sequential legacy plates, actually two right in a row waiting at a light. Meh, they'll look best on actual black & gold period vehicles or modern retro styled ones IMO.

I've only seen 4 in the wild; on a bright green newer Camaro, a Charger, a white Mustang, and a blue Subaru econobox. Shari has seen a couple on Challengers.

Newer member here. What is the meaning of JJZ?

JJZ 109 was Lt Bullitt's plate number in the movie BULLITT, so the JJZ is like a tribute and the 1883 is my build number. In SoCal the Bullitt's have learned that more is better so We all run as a Herd.

Ahh crap should have known that. The black plates are on my list but there are a few things ahead of it. In the 4 months I have owned my B I have collected 3.5k in parts. I gotta slow the pace down lol

Authentic looking, but not legal... And as I understand it, he can no longer sell California plates. California does not appear on the list of States on the website
