Water Spots,Make them go away, how?

I clay barred my car and did all the right stuff but it wasn't until later that I noticed really bad water spots under the trunk lid. They're on the rear bumper but they're hidden (mostly) by the trunk lid when it is closed. Will clay bar remove them or is there some other product that will so the job? 3M Swirl Mark Remover for Dark finishes. Awesome stuff. I had water spots over the entire vehicle and that stuff straightened it out completely.
