New Member....Hi All

When I was about 17 ish there was a guy in town that had a new 69,or was it a 70. 428 Red Cobra Jet. I remember thinking... someday. Well that day finally arrived last Friday nite when I purchased Bullitt #4001 in what else...green. I traded in "Black Beauty" a 07 Si97 4.0 with two years of sweat pouring about three grand worth of bolt-ons which netted a 14.8 1320...not bad for a six in street tires. But I'm sipping this car like a fine glass of wine...it's a Picasso on wheels!! I know some of you probably already have yours wrapped up in cellophane (lol) but at 54 I'm gonna see if Ford designed this green sleeper with a lion's heart. I just hope I don't get use to the power too soon...I also bought the 100K extended warranty.
You can read about my adventures here at my home website (I'm greaser there)

Bullitt Convention In Myrtle Beach

Thanks guys for the welcome. I look forward to meeting some of you this summer in Myrtle Beach. We go down there at least once a year. This place is not far from the Holiday Inn recommended but it's ALOT nicer, close to the fishing pier in Surfside Beach (South Myrtle Beach) has two popular restaurants within a short walk and has it's own too. I already made reservations for Thursday July 24th thru Sun the 27th..
best I could do away from the job. Check it ooooooout!!!
