I gave up a pristine 95 GT Convertable that I had planned on keeping forever.
With the 0% financing however, it was too good of a deal to pass up.
I do miss that car occasionally on nice days......

Any and all Christmas gifts this year...that's fine by me though. Oh, and I just got "Bullitt" (Beagle pup) so I did get some gifts after all!

Ford E150 Elk Custom Van.

When I got the Mustang everyone said I was going through a "Mid-Life" crisis. I tell them that my "Mid-Life" crisis hit when I got the van and now I am back to reality.

A 1995 BMW 325i. A wonderful car that could carry four people and still handle like a sports car. Every control, switch, knob and dial on that car felt like it was made very, very well. The engine wasn't the most powerful one, but the smooth inline six was wonderful to listen to. I miss it. But I don't miss the routine maintainance that costs $800 every 30k miles. Hell, if anything goes wrong on the car it's $800. I don't regret giving it up for the Bullitt though.

I gave up a 1995 Mustang GTS with 60K miles. I also planned on keeping this car for ever. Only 5000 made of this 1995 model year only. For those of you not familiar, the GTS was a stripped down SN95 GT. No rear wing, crank windows. But it did have the 5.0, and the GT brakes and suspension. It was a sleeper. I had planned on buying a brand new Audi A4 and using the GTS as a nice weather car. Then I read the article in Motor Trend last November about the Bullitt. The Audi was out the window and the GTS was traded in for the sleeper look of the Bullitt. I'd like to think I'll keep DHG 294 forever, but who knows??

Regards,
Dfresh

I gave up a 68 Fastback that could have been a Bullitt replica...except for the color...and being bone stock...here is a link to a pic.

No question on which is more fun to drive.
