I was in a friends subaru wrx tonight and he was showing me his short shifter and i really like the feel of the shifter compared to the huge blocky throw of the stock bullitt shifter. Will a Tri-ax give me this same short ratchety throw? Will it also shorten the length of my shifter? (no pun intended :wink I am going to buy one of these ASAP if it does. Thanks guys....and gals :wink:

Yes, and Yes. The throw may not be as short as that of your buddies WRX, but it is a big improvement.

Not to mention, it has stops to keep you from overthrowing and potentially bending a shift fork. It has two settings for height too.

The lower height setting shortens the throw quite nicely.
