I don't think that you actually need to torque them to a specific measurement, but I did mine to 95lbs because that is what the wheels are to be torqued to. I checked on them a couple of days later and they were still tight. Do it as tight as you do your wheels.
It really is an easy job:
1. Jack up the car
2. take of the wheels
3. put on spacers and tighten lugs
4. replace wheel and tighten lugs
5. Lower car
6. Say to yourself "Man, that's one bad*ss Mustang"
