I am going to be starting on mods this spring. I would like to dyno my car bone stock to get before and after results. Does anybody in the New York, New Jersey or Conneticut areas know where I can dyno my BULLITT?

A shop called Crazy Horse Racing in South Amboy, NJ has one. Check their web site at www.crazyhorseracing.com. I've gone there a couple of times and the owner, Chris Winter, is a real great guy. He'll give an honest answer to any of your mod questions.

Just rehashing this. I'm looking for a dyno shop on this side of the Hudson to get a baseline on my car before the Bassini Mid-length headers and x-pipe go on. Does anyone know if Crazyhorse is still open? The link no workie now.

My fellow Bullitt owners,
I would not go to Crazy Horse. I myself have had an unpleasant experience with him. If you are looking for a dyno and a master tuner then go to Larocca's in Old Bridge N.J. Chris from Crazy Horse just plays games, not to mention a couple cars blew up on his dyno and he did nothing as far as restitution goes. His business gets most of his rep by doing free work for MM&FF and their tech articles. Trust me when I say this If you value you car do not bring it to Crazy Horse.
Other Dyno locations would include East Coast Superchargers Cream Ridge as well as JDM Engineering in Freehold, Bruce's Speed Shop in Rockaway.

I forgot about this thread. Padock Tire and Performance in Haverstraw NY is were I got my Headers put on and the car Dynoed. The place just opened but it's not to bad. And they are a Tire Rack dealer.

JDM didnt do good work on my Bullitt at all..:sad: I got a superchip tuner from them..and i was suppose to get a hot and a cold tune..they only added 1 tune and the stock tune..Also they installed my 4.10s...and they whined horribly..I took it back, they said they fixed it...still whined. Finally i took it to Kauffmans in Dillsburg PA near my college...they fixed it properly. and whine is almost totally gone.
As for a dyno, they charge like 150-175 for 3 pulls with an A/F test. Kauffmans was 60 with 15 for A/F and thats for 3 runs. JDM IMO is a rip off. The guys there are nice..but they just didnt do right with my Bullitt.
