Black knob,no billeting around shifter, single disc, steering wheel doesn't look leather wrapped, picture from rear looks like a blue BULLITT,don't see the red brakes in the full shot photos. Maybe my eyes are just getting old. Maybe he changed a few things. I like to think that all so called BULLITT's are for real but I've seen so many that weren't. Hope this one is though.

Several members didn't get the ring around the shifter, one member got a Cobra airbag on the steering wheel, several got mis-matched C-pillars, some got regular GT rocker panels, one member got a GT passenger set, a couple got the wrong tailpipe tips and I got the wrong grill. It's very likely this is another screwup from the factory.

Guys...some Bullitts, mine included, did NOT come with the Mach 460. The single cd with AM/FM stereo cassette does NOT make this a fake. Just look at mine. It just looks like he decided to change out the shift knob. Otherwise, if it is a fake, then he is using published interior photos of other cars.

My main point here is that just because someone does not have the in-dash 6-cd changer with Mach 460 does not make them any less a Bullitt owner!!

Hmm, and this was the only one that I saw around here. It apparently sat on the lot for awhile as no one wanted her - until I came along. I was just trying to get a DHG Bullitt...period. I had the Mach 460 on my '95 GT and do miss it a bit, but as I've said before, the exhaust note more than makes up for it!!

jus so you ll know carfax cert. does nt check to see if the car in question would be a real bullitt or not , it just checks the title against loans, wrecks, floods etc.though the VIN number, they don t even look at the car, just the paper work......and as we all know our VINs dont show our cars to be bullitts.....signed SHAWN CORMIER....CHIEF INVESTIGATOR of the AUTOMOBILE INVESTIGATION AGENCY CANADA.

This thing makes me want to drive to Martinsville just to see this car in the paint. You kind of think they just mixed some of the pictures up with other cars, but that one shot with the shift knob, I can understand the knob, but why remove the trim ring and and change the steering wheel? No leather on it.

The crooked sticker freaks me too. Must have been one bad day at DAP to have made this car, or somebody's cheatin' and a lyin'.

I was told (or read somewhere) that only Bullitts have an X in their VIN number. If that is indeed true then the suspect car is the real thing. Cheers

Following is the response I got from the seller, when I asked for its Bullitt serial number:

"I should have put that in the information. I'll go to the dealership
sometime today and get that for you. What a goof, that's very important,
what if it's #0001!
