I think they started becoming available in late April to early May. I could have had one two week earlier, but the dealer ship that I got mine from only received one DHG BULLITT and it sold before I could get there. So, I waited for the next shipment which was like two weeks later. I would think those guys who put their orders in around January 2001 got theirs a lot earlier.

#344 was born on 4/18. I believe production started on 4/02/01. It was originally scheduled for 3/18/01 but they pushed it back 2 weeks, probably because of the horsepower issue..... Anyway, those of us who pre-ordered, were getting very anxious by the time they rolled down the line!

Bullitt 0503,according to my paperwork,was born on April 12,2001. My birthday is April 2. Would have been nice if the Bullitt had been 10 days earlier!! But what is cool,is my plates have April 02 stickers on them,plus the State inspection sticker reads 4 02. Not bad!!!
