Good luck finding a set.
I went searching 2 years ago and managed to get one hose from Rock Auto.
The other hose (Bullitt Specific) was discontinued so you have to make your own.

When the time comes, I'll probably have to do that. Luckily not too difficult. I'll wait till it cools down. Not taking on the heater core replacement in the FL summer.
