Mustang Week at MSR Houston

Got 4439 out for some track time last month for Mustang Week. Was excited to try out the new Falken Azien RT615k+ I had sitting in the garage since last year. Really pleased with the grip they provided.

As always had a blast giving the S550s and Gt500s heck with the old stock 2v. Home track for me, so they never really had a chance :p

Ended up meeting a guy with a 331 stroker fox with a "full" Maximum Motorsports suspension and we got to trading laps, what a blast! (video included)

See everyone in Pontiac for nationals next month!

That's awesome! Looks like a ton of fun. I wanted so badly to go to Mustang Week and get mine out on the track with all the Maximum Motorsports goodies I recently put underneath it. Assuming they come back to Galveston again next year, I'm definitely going to block off the calendar.

Did you go to any of the other festivities or events for Mustang Week or just the track day at MSR?

Just the track day at MSR Houston!

Didn't take off work Friday for the drag day, I know my car runs a 13.8-14.2 second 1/4 mile at 99mph.

The car show/ drifting and burnout stuff at Moody Gardens looked cool, just couldn't justify the heat and crowds with the wife and kiddo lol.
